2. Applying these documents
The customer organization and its authorized professionals determine their case-processing purposes, client notices, and professional obligations. The service provides software functionality. Applicable laws and mandatory rights depend on the actual activities and jurisdiction; these pages do not certify worldwide legal compliance or replace jurisdiction-specific review.
The proposed processor addendum requires express agreement with the actual contracting parties and a factual processing schedule. Regional information explains possible requirements and is not an executed regional agreement, transfer safeguard, or regulatory filing.
3. Questions and requests
For questions about a case record, contact the customer organization responsible for that record. For questions about the CRM agreement, provider processing, or your own business account, use the existing business contact identified in your customer agreement.
